This policy explains how iScanner collects and uses information when you visit the site or run a website check. No sign-in is required.
iScanner is a website diagnosis service at iscanner.co.il. It is operated by icomm systems.
For privacy requests, use the contact page on the site.
You enter a website address and receive an external preliminary report: site health, SEO, accessibility, and security as they appear from the outside.
The check contacts the site you asked us to scan (public pages, HTTP headers, DNS, and the SSL certificate). It is a preliminary check only. It is not a compliance certificate and not legal advice.
To run the check and protect the service we collect:
You do not have to give a name, phone number, or email to receive a report. If you contact us through the contact page, we keep the details you choose to send.
Queued requests and a repeat-report cache are kept for a short time, usually up to about 15 minutes.
A daily check count per IP address resets within about 24 hours.
An internal scan log is kept for operations and security of the service, not for marketing to other visitors. Where the law requires or allows deletion, you may contact us to ask.
The site uses technical components to run the check (including a security token on requests). We do not run an advertising tracking banner.
The Heebo font is loaded from Google Fonts. If you click a recommendation in the report (for example icomm site health or icomm metrix), you leave to icomm.market, which has its own privacy policy.
Hosting and technical infrastructure process requests so the site can load and the scan can run.
We do not sell your information. We share it only if the law requires it, if it is needed to protect the service or others, or if you clearly agree.
The scan collects information that is public on the site you submitted, or technical data that site returns. The owner of the scanned site does not receive your IP address as part of the report shown to you.
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to the law. Use the contact page and say it is a privacy request.
The service is for website owners, not for children. Do not use it to collect information about children.
We take reasonable steps to protect the systems. No online service is completely secure.
If we change this policy, the update will appear on this page with a new date.
