These terms apply to the iScanner website and the public site check. Using the service means you accept the terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
iScanner is a website diagnosis service at iscanner.co.il. It is operated by icomm systems.

You may enter a website address and receive an external preliminary report: site health, SEO, accessibility, and security as they appear from the outside at the time of the check.
No sign-in is required. The check contacts the site you asked us to scan (public pages, HTTP headers, DNS, and the SSL certificate).
It is a preliminary check only. It is not a certificate of legal or standards compliance, and it is not legal advice, security advice, or a promise of a result.
You may use the service to check a site in which you have a legitimate interest, for example your own site or a site you are considering working with.
You are responsible for submitting the address and using the report lawfully, without infringing the rights of others.

To keep the service stable there may be a wait in queue, a cap on checks per IP address, and a short pause between requests.
We may refuse a check, pause or block use, or change the scope of the service when needed for operations or to prevent abuse.
We do not promise that the service will be available at all times, without faults, or without change.
The report is based on public information and technical responses received at the time of the check. Findings may be missing, wrong, or out of date.
Decisions you make after reading the report are yours alone. Important findings should be verified independently.
The report may include optional recommendations for plugins or services on other sites, for example icomm.market. Clicking them is optional.
Purchase, installation, and use on another site are subject to that site's terms and policies. iScanner is not responsible for third-party content or services.
The iScanner name, logo, site design, and reports belong to the operator, subject to third-party rights (for example fonts).
You may keep or show the report you received for reasonable internal use. Do not present the service as an official certificate or quality mark.
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, lost data, or damage from relying on the report or from the service being unavailable.
Nothing here limits a right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The binding text is the version on this page when you use the service, with the update date.
These terms and use of the service are governed by the laws of Israel. The courts of Israel have jurisdiction.
